UK delivery times
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Tracked Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
Tracking your delivery
If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
You can also sign in to your MyEdenDay customer account and open the relevant order to check its latest status.
Delivery delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or unusually high delivery volumes may affect the estimated timeframe.
If the estimated delivery period has passed and your tracking has not updated, contact us at returns@myedenday.com.

- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
